The puzzle before I posted this one relied on anagramming "hairless" and "mincemeat" together to form "earliest mechanism." I pointed out that it could also anagram to "metal increases him," "American Helmets I" (that classic war movie), "the Sesame criminal," "streamline his mace," and "he erects animalism," among many other things.
So my puzzle wasn't an anagram. It was a cryptogram.
