[DWJ] casting Chrestomanci

Well, I sure would hate to have him played in a movie by an American.  (I'm
American)  As to his voice, at the higher end of the class system, I
suppose, and we're told he sounds vague when he's actually paying attention
and things like that but I don't remember any other qualities mentioned.
