[DWJ] Cart and Cwidder Cwestion

Huh, I had just started working on a top-ten worst parents in DWJ's book
list, and C&C wasn't on it. I can barely even remember those parents (yes,
I missed the re-read). So I'd love to hear you expand it, to see if I was
negligent in my list-making!
