When it is made properly; has coleslaw dressing and not some other
dressing, such as ranch or vinegar; and is not too aged. And no
horseradish in the dressing! If the coleslaw is too old, it doesn't
need horseradish, it tastes like it anyway. Which is why buying
prepared slaw at the grocery store is a very unappetizing proposition.
It needs to be fixed fresh. -ly Freshly.
