[DWJ] shelving (was Film Rights and miscellaneous rants.)

I have the Puffin DWjs, fallign to bits now. The new Harper Collins, and I
also have a complete run of first editions, justified by calculating travel
costs to British Library for two months v the cost of the first editions as
priced by competent friend.
