'twas Ethel Turner.  My favourite autobio by an author is Agatha Christie's. 
I like Agatha very much. To be fair, Ethel T was writing for herself, not 
for posterity.

ODWJM. How do the servants in DWJ stack up? Most of them seem to have plenty 
of dignity.
