I'm reminded of the bit in 'Roderick' by John Sladek where Roderick (who
is actually a robot, but everybody knows that's preposterous and assumes
he is a boy in a prosthesis) is being taught biology at school, and
confuses 'deciduous trees' and 'decision trees'.
