One of the earliest, if not the first, written code.
A model for the Ten Commandments, and later, the U.S.
Constitution. And all other written codes that are
out there for all to see, and not secret (as we have,
since 9/11, acquired in the States), or the arbitrary
rulings of warlords and capricious despots.
