[DWJ] Pinhoe Egg

I have in the past  (to my extreme annoyance because... well, long 
story) found that those Canadian dates are somewhat - hem - variable. I 
shall be asking for the book from next week, and will not be astonished 
if I can get it earlier. Advise all Canadian listmembers likewise.
