Knight-Hayes sounds rather poetic... Night-Haze..
Hayes-Knight sounds a little sinister... as if it might be a special night
for confusing people.

Or you could blend rather than hyphenate and become Knayes or Haight, Hight,
Kayes, Kaye or Nays.
