Beware, Beware by Susan Hill, illustrated by Angela Barrett  I taught this a
few years ago‹a great one to analyse for point of view, perspective, vectors
etc in picture books

Beware the Storybook Wolves would also be a good one to use for
intertextuality and metafiction.
