Will Babylon do you? Marduk started off as a fertility god
(specifically of the water-making-the-plants-grow sort) and is
unambiguously a Good Guy.
The Phoenician myth is slightly more ambiguous; the Aleyin-Mot story
has excessively abundant rain, overflowing rivers, and so on, as a sign
of Things Going Wrong.
