Two friends and I, who often recited this song (we went around and around,
each person saying one line at a time), continued the above verse by
saying, "How utterly coarse, to swallow a horse."
Our final verse was "I know an old woman who swallowed a minister. A
minister? How sinister. It finished her."
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.
