I thoroughly agree with Minnow's analysis of Lenina's situation.  He forced 
her to come with him, and once she was married, she was bound by her duty to 
him.  She may have felt the sort of 'affection' that comes just from living 
together, but then again, all those times he HAD to remind her....maybe not.  Once 
the geas was broken, her one thought was to go back to living in a house and 
not having to bath and wash the clothes in a stream.  If you loved a person, 
then putting up with that would be one thing, but if you  were forced to be 
with them, and had to put up with all that discomfort...
