to which should be added

h) Stories in which things being told in the 'wrong' order happens because
the author has read books in categories a-g and thinks they are real neat
and groovy but hasn't quite grasped the point of them, and can't make a
decent fist of any of the types.... but the resultant mess is defended as
being 'modern', 'relevant', 'ground-breaking' or some other buzz-word
half-comprehended and mis-used.
