Whereas I leave it as it was originally, and if not, would probably take the 
coloquial option of an unscheduled shift to the plural in the middle of the 
sentance;

'We're a perfect match. Each of us confirms the other in our own good 
opinions of ourselves.'

Oh who am I kidding. I would have writtren the colloquial "them" in the first 
place. I gots no problems with "them".
