Hexwood question...

The single subject/two ways is _Eight Days of Luke_ vs. _American Gods_. I
always assumed that _Hexwood_ was dedicated to Neil Gaiman just because
they're really good friends. Sometimes which books are dedicated to which
people isn't really important.
