It's a children's game. The person who is "it" or "Simon" starts telling
people to do things.
Anything that starts with "Simon says" has to be done, but if the command
doesn't start with "Simon says" and you do it then you're out! Last one out
is the new "it". So...
"Simon says put your hands on your head" (everyone puts hands on heads)
"Simon says stand up" (everyone stands up)
"Simon says sit down" (everyone sits down)
"Stand up" (anyone who stands up is out of the game).
