None, as far as my trusty ol' Holman and Harmon says.  "Poesy: a variant and
synonym of poetry, current until about 1650 but thereafter picking up
connotations of archaism, preciousness, affectation and folly."  I always
wonder where they come up with the subjective bits of their definitions...I
think poesy sounds better anyway.
