As readers may remember, fantasy author Diana Wynne-Jones has been in
communication with the Japanese animation director Hayao Miyazaki in
recent months, over a possible adaptation of her book Howl's Magic
Castle.

It has just been announced in an British anime newsgroup that Jones will
help polish Miyazaki's scripts for his current movie project, Sen to
Chihiro no Kamikahushi. Few details yet, but she hints her alternate-
word hero Chrestomanci may make an anomynous appearance. Jones has also
expressed interest in novelising Miyazaki's epic manga Nausicaa.

SPOILER WARNING

APRIL FOOL!
(Well, I thought it was a nice idea...)
