Mrs. Annabel Fairfax is a character in Howl's Moving Castle. She is a witch, with a successful practice in the Folding Valley, and many grand clients, including connections in Kingsbury. Like Suliman and Howl, she studied with Mrs. Pentstemmon.

She keeps bees, and uses honey in everything, including her spells.

She has a beautiful flower garden and butter-colored hair, and exudes a general sense of well-being.

She is a great one for talking, and the only way to hold a conversation with her is to insert comments when she stops for breath.

She and Fanny Hatter were friends at school.

She is a widow.
