Janet Chant

Janet Chant is a character in Charmed Life. She is Gwendolen Chant's alternate in World 12B (the world that is, or is like, our world). She is thinner than Gwendolen, and has a downright expression (matched to a downright personality). Her parents, unlike Gwendolen's, are both still alive, but her younger brother died when he was born.
