Coven Street, in Wolvercote, is the setting of the early part of Charmed Life.

Coven Street is a neighbourhood of magic-users, whose inhabitants include three Accredited Witches, a Certified Witch (Mrs Sharp), three necromancers (including Mr Henry Nostrum), a sorceror, a soothsayer, a Fortune-Teller, a clairvoyant (Miss Larkins), a diviner, a willing warlock, and a purveyor of exotic supplies (Mr Larkins), as well as Gwendolen and Cat Chant.
